ICE CREAM PIE 
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Yellow food coloring (optional)
1 graham cracker crust

Mix whipped topping, ice cream and lemonade concentrate. Blend in food coloring, if desired. Fill pie crust and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
