CANNOLI PASTRY SHELLS 
4 eggs to 1 lb. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 "shot" glass whiskey
Juice of 2 oranges
1 "shot" glass oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco

Mix together as if it were bread, then refrigerate until well chilled. Work with small sections of dough. On floured surface (foil seems to work best), roll dough to 1/8 inch then cut into squares approximately 5x5 inch. Wrap around a seasoned bamboo stick wrapping from one diagonal corner to another.
