BAKED ZITI 
10 oz. ziti noodles
8 oz. ricotta cheese
5 pieces sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 (23 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil

In large saucepan, bring water, salt and oil to a boil. Add ziti noodles and cook until tender. Drain.

In a large casserole dish, put a layer of ziti noodles on the bottom. Spoon ricotta cheese over the noodles. Repeat this process until the dish is full. Place 5 slices of Mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with heated spaghetti sauce on the side.
