PORK - N - PASTA BAKE 
8 oz. ziti macaroni
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
1/4 tsp. basil
1 (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook ziti as directed, drain. Brown sausage, drain. Add ricotta plus next 3 ingredients and 1/2 of spaghetti sauce. Add ziti and toss to coat well. Put mixture in 8 x 8 inch baking dish, pour remaining sauce evenly and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
