ZITI BAKE 
1 lb. box ziti noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

In 8 quart Dutch oven, cook ziti according to package directions; drain and set aside. In same Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, egg and 1/2 of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Add ziti and toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into 13x9 inch pan; pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over ziti mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
