BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti noodles
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce or 4 c. homemade sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix Ricotta and egg, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook ziti noodles. Rinse. Place a layer of noodles in baking dish. Add sauce, then Ricotta and shredded Mozzarella. Repeat the noodles, sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella until all noodles are used. Make sure the top layer is Mozzarella.
