BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti
1 lb. grated Mozzarella
1 pt. ricotta cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Boil ziti not quite all the way done; drain. Place zitis back in pot and add a couple of tablespoons of sauce and all of the ricotta. Mix well. In a baking dish make layers of zitis, sauce and cheese. Keep layering and end up with a top layer of cheese. Add a little sauce so the cheese won't burn. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve hot.
