EXTRA SPECIAL ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 tbsp. very warm water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons warm water and set aside. Place oil and salt in hot water, let stand until lukewarm. To beaten eggs, mix in sugar. Add oil and yeast mixtures. Stir in 2 cups flour and beat well with spoon. Add remaining flour gradually. Place in bowl and cover, keep in refrigerator overnight.

three hours before serving, knead dough and roll on a floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter and place in buttered pan. Let rise 3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. If becoming too brown, place foil paper over top.
