ELECTRIC SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Set electric skillet at 340 degrees. Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter melt and blend into candy. Pour into lightly buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool. Cut into 36 pieces. |
