YELLOW AND GREEN SWEET NOODLES 
3 sweet red peppers (seeded and quartered)
1/2 lb. milk sausage (cut in 1/2 inch slices)
3 ripe tomatoes (chopped
3 tbsp. onion (chopped
2 c. each egg noodles and green noodles
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage in skillet, remove, drain fat. Saute onion in olive oil until soft (no brown); add tomatoes, peppers and simmer 5 minutes until pepper are soft. While simmering, cook noodles according to package. Drain. Put into a large bowl, pour sauce over, then butter, sausage and cheese.
