SWEET NOODLE PUDDING 
1 (12 oz.) box wide noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 to 4 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. honey
5 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 2 (1 lb.) loaf pans or casserole. Melt butter, beat eggs and add salt. Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse and cool noodles. Mix cottage cheese, honey, raisins and cinnamon. Alternate layers of noodles, cheese mixture, egg, butter and then begin again. The last two layers should be noodles and butter. Bake 50 minutes uncovered (or take lid off casserole after 40 minutes.)
