TOMATO PUDDING 
1 qt. tomatoes, canned or fresh
1-2 c. day-old biscuit crumbs
1 c. sugar or to taste
1/2 stick butter

Cook all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until thickened. Pour into well greased baking dish (9 x 13 inch) and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serves 6.
