IRISH SODA BREAD 
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins or currants
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients together. Put dry ingredients on board or table.

Beat eggs slightly. Add to buttermilk and sour cream. Mix dry ingredients with the above. (Will be messy.) Knead and place into two greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
