PRETZEL JELLO SALAD | |
Mix: 2 1/2 c. pretzels, coarsely crumbled 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Pat mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. sugar Fold in: 1 lg. Cool Whip Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Dissolve: 2 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello In: 2 c. boiling water Add: 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries Stir and gently break up the frozen strawberries in the Jello mixture with a fork. Chill until slightly thickened. Pour over the Cool Whip layer. Chill until set. You think there has been a mistake here? Try this, you'll not believe it! |
