PRETZEL AND JELLO SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
6 oz. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (or 1 qt. fresh)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar (powdered or granulated)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pretzels, 3 teaspoons sugar and melted butter and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool.

Mix strawberry Jello in boiling water and juice from berries to make 2 cups. Cool.

Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Let firm up in refrigerator. Pour Jello mixture over all. Refrigerate until set.
