PRETZEL JELLO 
2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar

Mix together pretzels, butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese and sugar; stir in Cool Whip. Spread over cool crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries and set for 10 minutes. Stir once more to be sure of smoothness. Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Chill until firm. Serves 12 people.
