PRETZEL JELLO CAKE | |
1 c. pretzels, crushed 2 or 3 tbsp. sugar 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. Cool Whip 1 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries (do not thaw) Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and butter. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Mix together Jello and boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Mix well until strawberries are thawed. Spread over cheese mixture and chill. |
