PRETZEL JELLO DESSERT 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar (optional)
2 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and butter. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Cream the cream cheese with spoon. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread this over pretzel crust. Add sugar in mixture if wanted before spreading.

Dissolve the Jello in 2 cups boiling water; add frozen strawberry packages to Jello. Stir until berries melt. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Then pour over cheese mixture. Chill until set. (Crust tastes like nuts!!)
