SPINACH BREAD 
1 box frozen chopped spinach
Accent, to taste
Garlic powder
1 stick butter
1 large or 2 small minced onions
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
6 whipped eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. While still warm, stir in Accent, garlic powder, butter, minced onions, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and Bisquick. Add spinach mixture. Stir well to blend spinach cheese mixture throughout. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees until top begins to slightly brown. Over - browning top will cause bread to be too dry. Best eaten on the same day it is baked.
