BUTTER TOFFEE BRUNCH CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients; save 1/2 cup crumbs for top of cake. Mix rest of ingredients in. Butter 9 x 13 pan.

TOPPING:

6 Heath Toffee bars
1/4 c. nuts; optional

Chop and mix with crumbs and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
