KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
10-12 soft corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef/chicken
3/4 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
2 med. onions, chopped
Grated yellow cheese

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

2. Brown onion and meat.

3. Make sauce with soup, Ro-Tel and canned milk.

4. In greased 9x13 dish, place layers of tortillas (tear into 1/4's or smaller).

5. Then spread layer of meat.

6. Then sauce.

7. Then cheese.

8. Repeat.

9. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
