6 c. zucchini, diced
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Spread in an ungreased 9"x12" pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve in squares. Serves 8.
