LEMON PEPPER TURKEY 
4 turkey cutlets
1/3 onion (diced)
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper seasoning

Put oil in shallow pan and add turkey to coat. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper, both sides. Cover cutlets with chopped onion. Cook in 450 degree oven for 8 minutes or until done, but not over done. Serves 4.
