LEMON STEAKS 
4 steaks
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. cracker black pepper
5 tsp. lemon juice or white wine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Hot pepper sauce, if desired

Combine oil, butter, mustard, garlic, salt, black pepper. Heat until bubbly. Saute steak in the seasoning for 5-10 minutes. You can boil the steaks or barbecue. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the steaks. Into saucepan, stir lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper, if you like the pepper. Pour over steaks. When done, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
