LEMON-GARLIC-PEPPER CHICKEN
(Lo-Cal)
 
4 (4 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
4 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh is best)
4 garlic cloves crushed
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Paprika

Marinate chicken in all ingredients that have been thoroughly mixed together. Minimum marinating time is 1 hour but is best if marinated overnight. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Broil 3 minutes, turn over and broil 3 minutes longer.
