GRANDMA'S LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
Chopped onions to taste
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
Lasagna noodles
24 oz. carton cottage cheese
2 or 3 eggs
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and add onions; drain off grease. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix, simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Boil lasagna noodles. Lay down noodles in a 9x13 inch pan and an 8x8 inch pan. Spread sauce mix on top of noodles.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Spread on top of sauce mix. Put slices of Mozzarella cheese on top of cottage cheese mixture. Let sit, covered with foil, in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil, bake 1/2 hour longer.
