GRANDMA'S LASAGNA 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 can Chef Boy ar Dee spaghetti sauce with meat
1 1/4 lb. hamburger (ground beef)
1 sm. can tomato sauce

CHEESE FILLING:

1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sm. curd Cottage cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles

Noodles: Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles slowly, 2-3 pieces at a time (9 strips total). Boil uncovered 10-12 minutes. Avoid overcooking. Drain. Lay flat on aluminum foil; cool.

Sauce: In a skillet brown the ground beef and add ingredients for meat sauce. Cook about 1/2 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.

Filling: In a separate bowl, mix ingredients for filling.

Lightly grease large baking dish. Spoon enough meat sauce to cover bottom. Top with cooked noodles. Spread with part of cheese filling. Repeat layers ending with meat sauce. If desired top with 1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
