SALSA DIP (LIKE CHI-CHI'S) 
4 lg. tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped or almost 1/4 c. canned hot peppers, according to taste and hotness
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Mix all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Stores up to 1 week. Serve with Tortilla chips.
