1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. Southern Comfort
Ham steaks, 1" thick

Combine orange marmalade and Southern Comfort. Score fat on ready to eat ham steak, 1" thick. Broil about 3" from flame until lightly browned. Turn, spread with mixture. Continue broiling until hot and bubbly.
