BLUEBERRY TEA BREAD 
2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. fresh orange peel
Confectioners' sugar

In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries. In small bowl beat together eggs, milk, oil and orange peel. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and cool 10 minute, remove from pan and cool completely. Sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar before cutting.
