PUMPKIN TEA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins (seedless)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs; stir in pumpkin, oil and sugar. Mix together dry ingredients and stir in pumpkin mixture. Add raisins and nuts (optional). Spoon batter into 2 (8 1/2" x 4 1/2") pans or 4 (7 1/4" x 3 1/2") pans, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (45 minutes for smaller pans.)
