HAM `N EGGS CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, broken into sm. pieces

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam or equivalent. Mix the following in large bowl and pour over bread.

1 lb. ham, cut up into sm. pieces
1/2 lb. shredded cheese (I use Cheddar)
1/2 lb. melted butter (or substitute, but not Promise or equivalent)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Cover and put into refrigerator at least 4 hours (I do it night before). Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10 with hash brown casserole.

I made this using both sausage and bacon and it worked well. I drained a lot of grease out of the dish when it came out of the oven, but it was great.
