HAM, CHEESE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 layer bread
1 layer Velveeta cheese, diced
1 layer ham, diced
1 layer bread
1 doz. eggs
2 c. milk

I used 2 packages of Plumrose ham. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put down 1 layer of bread, ham and cheese, and top with 1 layer of bread. Pour eggs mixed with milk over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
