HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
7 slices bread, cubed 1 lg. ham, cubed 1/2 lb. grated American cheese (cheddar) 3 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1/4 lb. melted butter Grease 9x13 pan. Place cubed bread in pan, cubed ham. Sprinkle cheese over. Mix beaten eggs, salt, mustard and milk. Pour mixture over bread and ham. Pour melted butter over all. Cover in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
