1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 c. sour cream
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

FILLING:

2 apples, pared & sliced thin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix above ingredients together, grease a tube pan. Pour 1/2 batter into pan, spread 1/2 apples and 1/2 sugar, cinnamon and nuts around. Pour remainder of batter, then apples, cinnamon, sugar, and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
