SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 1/2 c. chopped tart apples
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Beat together the first 6 ingredients. Stir in the apples and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the following topping: 1/3 c. flour 1/4 c. butter, softened

Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more.
