SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
6 to 8 med. apples

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

May substitute nonfat or lowfat plain yogurt. Combine first 6 ingredients, beat until smooth, add apples and mix together. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes.

Mix topping together and put on top of pie, bake 20 minutes longer at 325 degrees.
