MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs
1 c. cooked tomatoes or tomato juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup

Beat eggs and put in a very large bowl. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, celery, onion, crushed cornflakes, cracker crumbs, green pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well; add ground beef and evaporated milk and mix thoroughly.

Pack mixture into two 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans and spread catsup over top of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 12-16 servings.
