CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
3 c. cooked brown rice
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (or your own)
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green pepper
Chopped onion

Prepare rice and set aside. Brown hamburger (turkey) with green pepper and onion to your taste. Add salt and pepper (also to your taste). Drain fat. Seat meat mixture aside. Chop cabbage into small pieces and line 9 x 13 inch dish, until covered. Mix rice and meat together. Layer on top of cabbage. Spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce for next layer. Repeat layers of cabbage, meat/rice, and remaining spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven back to 325 degrees and bake 15 more minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts. Serves 4 to 6.
