HOT CHEESE DIP 
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives

In shallow baking dish or pie plate combine all ingredients except pepperoni and olives. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with chips or crackers.
