PEACH ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 pt. half & half
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
5 peaches, cut up
Milk to fill

Cut up peaches and cook slightly in a small amount of water so peaches will be tender. Cool. In a large bowl, with a spoon, beat egg yolks, half & half and sugar. Add Eagle Brand milk, salt and vanilla. Pour this into ice cream freezer. Add cooled peaches and fill with milk leaving enough room for beaten egg whites. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. 2 bags fine crushed ice if possible
