8 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 gal. milk
Peaches (about 2 c. thawed or fresh mashed "sweetened" fruit)

Beat eggs and sugar together until all sugar has dissolved. Then slowly add milk and whipping cream; mix well. Pour mixture into ice cream churn container. Then finish filling container with fruit mixture. Leave at least 1 1/2 inch from top of container before attaching lid.

Follow instructions from your ice cream churn - either electric or hand crank - until ice cream is desired consistency.

Other fruits (strawberries, etc.) may be substituted.

To lower cholesterole omit eggs.
