PEACH ICE CREAM 
4 c. mashed peaches
1 c. sugar

Combine above and set aside.

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Beat eggs with electric mixer until frothy. Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and salt and mix well. Gradually add sugar mixture to eggs, beating until thick. Add milk and mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and coats a metal spoon, about 10 minutes. Or cook in microwave on high 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool.

Stir in cream and vanilla. Add peaches, stirring well. Pour into can of a 1 gallon freezer and fill to fill line with milk. Let ripen at least 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
