FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM 
1 qt. milk
2 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 c. half & half
3 c. mashed fresh peaches

Combine milk and marshmallows in a Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until all of the marshmallows melt. Remove from heat. Add sugar and remaining ingredients; mix well. chill. Pour mixture into freezer container of a 1 gallon freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Allow to ripen 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Yield 1 gallon.

Strawberries or bananas or other fruit could be substituted for peaches.
