LOW CALORIE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground round or lean chuck
1/3 c. dry rice
1 sm. cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Brown meat and onion; drain off grease. Grease 9 inch square casserole. Chop cabbage and put in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle rice over this. Add meat and onion. Add tomato soup and water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
