POTATO CASSEROLE (Low Fat) | |
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes 2 cans potato soup 2 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. sour cream or non-fat yogurt 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Let hash browns thaw. Mix all ingredients. Be sure potatoes are separated. Mix well. Bake in casserole dish at 300 degrees for 1 hour. |
