KRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) tomato juice
1 tbsp. onion bits
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar twin
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Bac-O's

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
