KRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. tomato juice
1 med. onion
8 slices bacon
Buttered bread crumbs

Fry bacon crisp. Cool then crumble. Saute' onion in bacon grease and add sauerkraut, bacon and tomato juice. Stir and cook a few minutes. Put in casserole and cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake until brown.
