KRAUT AND FRANK STEW 
1 lb. franks
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) tomato, undrained
1 med. green pepper, diced
Carrots, cut
Potato, cut
2 c. drained kraut (16 oz.)
2 c. water
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown franks in oil and remove from pot. Saute onions, green peppers in drippings. Add tomatoes (cut in pieces). Add liquid. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir in franks simmer.
