OUTSTANDING CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. coffee liqueur
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream

Melt chocolate in liqueur and juice. Cool. Put eggs and yolks in blender with vanilla and sugar. Blend two minutes at medium speed. Add cream and blend 30 seconds. Add chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and refrigerate one hour. Top with whipped cream. 4-6 servings.
